Services:

The Course includes training sessions, workshops, and personalized guidance aimed at improving participants' modeling abilities, industry knowledge, and professional development.

 

Schedule:

The Course schedule, including session dates, times, and locations, will be provided upon enrollment. Participants are expected to attend all sessions punctually.

 

Service Provider Responsibilities:

Elevated Touch is responsible for delivering the Course services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and ensuring that participants receive high-quality instruction and support.

 

Client Responsibilities:

Participants are responsible for attending all Course sessions, completing assigned tasks, and adhering to the Code of Conduct outlined by Elevated Touch.

 

Independent Contractor Status:

Elevated Touch operates as an independent contractor and is not an employer, partner, or agent of the participants.

 

Service Provider Warranties:

Elevated Touch warrants that it will provide the Course services with due care, skill, and diligence.

 

Compensation:

Participants are required to pay the agreed-upon Course fees in accordance with the Payment Schedule outlined in the Statement of Work.

 

Expenses:

Participants are responsible for their own expenses related to attending the Course, including travel, accommodation, and materials.

 

Intellectual Property Rights:

All intellectual property rights associated with the Course materials and content belong to Elevated Touch.

 

Intellectual Property Ownership:

Participants retain ownership of any intellectual property created by them during the Course, subject to the terms of the Confidentiality clause.

 

Confidentiality:

Participants agree to keep all Course-related information confidential and not disclose any proprietary information to third parties.

 

Term + Termination:

The Course duration is specified in the Statement of Work. Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the provisions outlined therein.

 

Notice:

Any notices or communications required under these terms and conditions shall be delivered in writing to the respective parties.

 

Other Business Activities:

Participants are free to engage in other business activities outside of the Course.

 

Non-Solicitation:

Participants agree not to solicit employees, contractors, or clients of Elevated Touch for a specified period after the termination of the Course.

 

Amendments:

Any amendments to these terms and conditions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

 

Binding Arbitration:

Any disputes arising from or related to the Course shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

 

Choice of Law:

The headings used in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of the provisions.

 

Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions, together with the Statement of Work, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Course and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

 

All Rights Reserved:

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Elevated Touch.

 

Statement of Work:

The Statement of Work outlines the specific services and deliverables provided by Elevated Touch, client deliverables, schedules, deadlines, office hours, communications, investment, payment schedule, refunds, and cancellations.

Any personal information you provide during the registration or participation in our Modeling Course will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties. Your details are solely used to communicate with you about the course, updates, and relevant services.

    -To send important course-related information and updates
