Salomon Janvier is a fashion designer whose work has taken him across the runway, behind the camera and into the casting room. Since founding his label, SALOMON JANVIER, in 2016, he has created various major collections and staged four solo fashion shows, each attended by more than 250 people, including a show at Sydney’s Royal Botanic Gardens. He spent over eight years working as a full-time model and has since built experience as a photographer, stylist, casting director and model coach, guiding more than 400 models. Each role taught him to see something different: how a garment moves, how a model responds to direction, what a camera reveals and what makes someone compelling in a casting. He founded Elevated Touch to bring that perspective into model development, helping people build the technique, versatility and professional presence to work within fashion.
